What is the minimal order value?
The minimal order value is €100,- (excluding VAT). Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
What are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees vary per country. You will find the amount in your shopping cart. Additional costs may apply for helium, balloon weights, and damask paper.
What should I do in case of damage, missing items, or other issues?
Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or missing items, report this within 48 hours by emailing [email protected]. Make sure to count and check your boxes before signing the delivery note.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped the same day (parcel service). Orders requiring pallet delivery will be shipped the next day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1-2 days.
What are the payment options?
Payments must be made upon receipt of the invoice via email. We do not accept cash or card payments upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges and collection fees.
I made a mistake in my order, how can I adjust my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible (+31 202 386 049) to check if adjustments are still possible before shipment.
Can I return my order?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing [email protected]. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Can I request delivery at a specific date or time?
We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact date or time, but we can note your preference and inform the carrier. Please contact us for details.

Can I use product images and assets?
Yes, but only for selling products from Globos Nordic, Globos Europe & We Fiesta. Images must not be altered or used for other purposes.

Pre-order items
How does pre-ordering work?
You can pre-order items when they have the “Pre-order” label. Click the Pre-order button to add the item to your cart. Add as many (pre-order) items as you like and complete your order.
⚠ Important: You can only place an order containing only pre-order items. It is not possible to combine pre-order items with regular items in the same order.
How do I recognize pre-order items?
Pre-order items are marked with a purple “Pre-order” label on the product page.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
As soon as the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them immediately. The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
How does payment for pre-orders work?
Payment for pre-orders must be made immediately upon receiving the invoice via email, unless otherwise agreed. The minimum order value is €100,-. Shipping costs may vary per country, you will find the amount in your shopping cart. These conditions apply to all orders, not just pre-orders.

Yes! Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order.
