How to order

How to order, step-by-step:

1. Create an account
   • You can create an account in our webshop using a valid VAT number.
   • After verification by our team, your account will be activated, and you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Select your products
   • Log in to your account and browse our webshop.
   • Choose the desired product(s) and quantity, then click ‘Add to cart.’
   • Repeat this for all the products you wish to order.
   • Alternatively, you can upload a CSV file with the products and quantities you want to order. Simply choose the ‘Upload CSV’ option in your cart and follow the instructions to upload your file.
3. Review your order
   • Click on your cart and review the selected products and quantities.
   • Proceed to ‘Checkout.’
4. Enter your details
   • Check if your billing address is correct.
   • If you want the order delivered to a different address, check the box ‘Ship to a different address?’ and enter the delivery details.
   • Ensure all information is correct before proceeding.
5. Finalize your order
   • Add any comments or special instructions in the provided field.
   • Read and agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.
   • Click ‘Complete your order’ to place it successfully.
6. Order confirmation and shipment
   • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
   • Once your order is shipped, the carrier will send you a tracking email.
   • Your invoice will be sent as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
