Pre-order items
How does pre-ordering work?
You can pre-order items when they have the “Pre-order” label. Click the Pre-order button to add the item to your cart. Add as many (pre-order) items as you like and complete your order.
Important: You can only place an order containing only pre-order items. It is not possible to combine pre-order items with regular items in the same order.
How do I recognize pre-order items?
Pre-order items are marked with a purple “Pre-order” label on the product page.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
As soon as the pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them immediately. The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page.
How does payment for pre-orders work?
Payment for pre-orders must be made immediately upon receiving the invoice via email, unless otherwise agreed. The minimum order value is €100,-. Shipping costs may vary per country, you will find the amount in your shopping cart. These conditions apply to all orders, not just pre-orders.
Will I receive a notification when my pre-order is shipped?
Yes! Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order.
Important: For your first order, prepayment is required.
